Went there twice and service was great. The first time i scheduled the appointment got canceled and rescheduled with britt. Then i had an appointment for another lady anf she did my hair but it wasnt the best. Then tried to schedule another appointment with britt bc i loved her work but she canceled and rescheduled twice now. Quality is good but itd a pain to get in so dont even bother. Theres way better stylist in the area.
Brittany did such a great job. She was kind and understood exactly what i asked for. She texted me before the appointment to get reference pictures and she explained all the steps to me as she was doing my hair, i felt very comfortable. After years of feeling indifferent towards my hair, i can say i actually truly love it. I’ve never been to a professional salon and didn’t know what to expect but Maven was a great experience and i think it’ll be part of my new self care routine to book an appointment there every few months. Thank you to the staff and Brittany especially for making me feel pretty❤️
I usually don’t leave reviews but mavens beauty salon did an amazing job. I myself have bad luck with hair styles either cutting off too much of my hair or dying it a complete opposite color than what I asked for. The lady’s name who did my hair was Brittany she did an amazing job and made sure I was comfortable the whole time between the length I wanted off and making sure the color was what I wanted or as close to the color I could get with it still being healthy. I have extreme anxiety and the lady was really nice and easy talk to if recommend Brittany but all the lady’s in there were really nice and I’m sure would do a great job!
